what to expect

This soothing practice will take place while lying comfortably on my massage table, surrounded by soft blankets, pillows, an eye mask, and the warm glow of candles - all designed to help your body settle into deep comfort.

I will start by exploring your intentions for the session and then gently guide you through a relaxation meditation, focusing on body awareness, visualization, sensation, breathwork and sound healing.

With gentle guidance, nurturing support, soothing sounds, and calming touch, you'll be led into a state of profound relaxation and bliss.

At the end of the session, we will share a calming cup of tea to help ground you in the present moment and allow the healing to settle.

We will take time to honor whatever arises from your practice, offering space for reflection or simply allowing you to be present in your experience.

My intention is to create a nurturing, bespoke session that aligns with your unique needs and intentions.

Whether you are seeking deep rest, support through life's transitions, relief from fatigue, a pause during caregiving or parenting, or a moment of self-care, our time together will leave you feeling deeply seen, held, and rejuvenated.

No previous experience with yoga or meditation is needed.

Rest is a form of surrender, a trust in the universe's timing.

We are all becoming more and more aware of the need to manage stress for both emotional and physical wellbeing.
